Yes, due to Samuel's impending arrival, we have decided that Eve's 10x10 room needs a little renovation before we consider moving in Samuel's things. So, as is typical, we turned to our favorite flat pack store for guidance. Our home now has more IKEA products than actual housing materials. But, I suppose, that's a testament to their affordability and the fact that I haven't yet lost my sanity by putting their furniture together.
I decided to go up instead of out and got a wardrobe. I don't think I've ever had such a challenging time putting an IKEA product together. My little helper, who was barely crawling when I assembled the kitchen, is now keen on hiding any number of the 1,000 plus pieces I need to complete the project. Also, it is a favorite past time of hers to shake the drawer I'm assembling as it hangs in the literal balance between a functional object and the pile of boards that it was sold as. Thankfully, the wardrobe is finished and mama, baby and wardrobe aren't any worse for the wear.
